Mario Maurer goes sexy again in “Jan Dara”

Mario Maurer stars in yet again another daring movie - “Jan Dara.” It may sound like a gay term for “ganda” or “Sandara” but it’s the name of the Thai heartthrob’s character in the movie. And yes, he plays the title role.

“Jan Dara” is very different from his Star Cinema movie “Suddenly It’s Magic.” Here, the story revolves around his sexual awakening; how he grew up in a house full of lust but lacks in love.

Jan Dara is a remake of the 2001 Thai film of the same title. It was directed by M.L. Pundhevanop Dhewakul and was released in Thailand last September 6.

It also stars Chaiyapol Julien Poupart who is another reason to watch the movie.

Sakarat Ritthumrong, Bongkot Kongmalai, Sawika Chaiyadech, Rhatha Phongam, Cho Nishino and Nutt Devahastin co-star.
