The bad vampire of the hit The Vampire Diaries arrived at Terminal 1 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 11:30 PM of Saturday, May 19, onboard Asiana Airlines from Korea.

He will be in the country for a week doing photoshoots for his Peshoppe campaign, presscon and interviews, and visiting a flagship Penshoppe store.

The 33-year-old Louisiana native is now part of Penshoppe All Stars, a campaign of the brand featuring popular international celebrities including Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick, Thai heartthrob Mario Maurer and The Lucky One actor Zac Efron.

Ian was overwhelmed by the reception he got from his Filipino fans, posting on Twitter that he felt like one of the Beatles for the first time. But how did he find NAIA? To answer that, he posted a pic of the airport terminal on his Instagram and captioned it with: “This was the Manila airport.”
